My 8-step approach helps you sell the right way.

We will also chat about timing, whether it’s better to buy or sell first, and how to make the process as smooth as possible. 2. Educate

I will educate you on the current market trends through my research on recent sales and data in your neighbourhood. Together we will review factors such as average sale price, inventory levels and how long a property has been on the market. These market trends will help determine the best listing for a successful sale!

3. Prepare

I will conduct a thorough assessment of each room in your home and discuss potential improvements. Utilizing my network of trusted professionals, I will work with you to complete any necessary changes, whether they be small updates, major renovations or a deep clean! I will be with you every step of the process, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.

4. Stage

Research shows that properly staged homes get more traffic, sell for more money and sell quicker. I will work with you to enhance your home’s appeal by providing cost-effective options that align with your budget. I will have your home professionally cleaned and staged to create a cohesive and visually appealing space.

5. Price

The listing price is one of the most important pieces of the real estate puzzle. As you know, the market constantly changing and I make it a priority to fully evaluate the most recent activity right before we list your home to ensure we get it right the first time!

6. Marketing

My internet marketing background has given me an in-depth understanding of marketing principles.
